Everester Emata leads


1st Panglao camp run

Erwin “Pastor” Emata will be on the lead pack of the unique run. he is the camp and race director

Efren de Guzman, proprietor of Bohol Coco Farm, organizer, said the event is an oppotunity to develop public interest in agri-tourism, natural farming and its developmental activities and at the same time drive public awareness in promoting natural healthy lifestyle, protection and wellness program. The event will also enhance awareness of the coconut farming development while it provides challenge to the participants physically and mentally while developing a teamwork and leadership skills.

The starting point of the race will be situated in Bohol Coco Farm in barangay Libaong, Panglao. It has a demanding yet fun filled trail run by running race routes that will take through some of the most scenic sights.

The 5-km camp and run is basically a 3-hour run activity with the participants  having run, jump, walk, and smile the terrain of the island. Over 90% of the race is off-road tracks and some pavements.

It is open to two categories, 3K and 5K both for male and female.

The camping will be on Jan 21 Saturday while the run will be on Sunday starting at 6am.

Registration is P250 with race jersey, race rib and refreshments. IRegistrations are still accepted at the Bohol Tourism Office, and at Bohol Coco Farm.
